Bowen’s disease

  • Non-invasive ie there is an intact basement membrane
  • Slow-growing tumour from conjunctival epithelial dysplasia
  • Consider HIV-infection in young patients with CIN
  • Appearance: fleshy mobile mass at the limbus with tufted vessels
  • Requires surgical excision + MMC +/- cryotherapy
